We’re the resale arm of Perks Deconstruction, a Denver-based deconstruction company with a salvage-first approach. Nearly everything in our shop is sourced locally, then carefully processed for reuse at our warehouse. From reclaimed lumber and flooring to doors, windows, cabinetry, and more, our inventory is always changing based on what we’re able to recover from each project.

Our goal is simple: Keep quality materials in use and out of the landfill. By giving salvaged building materials a second life, we help support a more circular, Zero Waste building economy in Colorado while making sustainable materials more accessible and cost-effective. Reclaimed materials are also a strong fit for LEED v5 building projects, offering a lower carbon footprint and potential project credits.
