About Us

We are the retail arm of Perks Deconstruction — Denver and Boulder’s trusted leader in sustainable demolition and material reuse. As a certified woman- and minority-owned business, we specialize in deconstruction: a careful, eco-conscious alternative to traditional demolition that salvages valuable building materials for reuse, donation, or recycling.

Our Story: Perks Deconstruction

Founded by Anna Perks in 2019, our mission is to reduce construction waste and promote a circular economy in Colorado’s built environment. To date, we’ve diverted more than 10 million pounds of materials from landfills .

Perks Reclaimed is co-owned by Anna and Clemente Castañón, whose deep field expertise and leadership have helped shape the company’s growth. Whether you’re remodeling a kitchen, removing a garage, or taking down an entire home, our team works closely with homeowners and contractors to recover reusable materials like lumber, cabinetry, fixtures, and flooring. These items are then donated to local nonprofits or sold at our Perks Reclaimed warehouse in Commerce City.

We also provide consulting services to help general contractors, municipalities, and developers meet local sustainability requirements, including Denver’s “Waste No More” ordinance. Our services include waste diversion planning, LEED compliance support, and hands-on deconstruction training.
